SHIPPING
I cannot ship orders to the EU/ UK, or any other country that USPS has suspended service to (which you can see the full list of here) This is due to a combination of international laws, regulations, and restrictions that I cant uphold as a starting solo newbie SO for now I can only ship orders to the US and Canada.
I ship all my products via USPS. I try to send out orders at the end of each week. Domestic orders can take about 7-10 days to arrive, while international orders can take up to 2 months to arrive.
Any items that are listed as a "pre-order" will take a longer time to be shipped than non pre-order items. Any non pre-order items that were purchaced alongside pre-order items will not be shipped until the pre-order items arrive.
Non poster items are all shipped in bubble mailers to protect them during shipping. Posters are shipped in cardboard envelopes to prevent any bending that may happen during transit.
When a shipping label is printed the tracking number will be automatically sent to the email attatched to the order- please use this to keep an eye on your order as it's the only way we can know where it is after I ship it!

RETURN/ CANCELLING
If you request for your order to be canceld before it has been shipped, then you are eligible for a full refund.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, or forgot to add something to the order before paying, reach out to me so I can refund it to you so you can order again.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled unless they are returned to me. Once recieved I will refund the items (please understand that this does not include the shipping cost).
If your order gets lost or returned to me, I can only resend it once it recieve it again and after the shipping is re-paid.
